Not only was I born and raised in Central and Southwest Virginia, I attended both undergrad and law school in this great state. I enjoy working with fellow Virginians and strive to provide them with excellent legal services.
My undergraduate career took place at Liberty University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy & Government.
After a one year internship at Wilson, Garbee & Rosenberger, I began legal studies and earned a law degree from Regent University School of Law in 2004. I was blessed to gain not only a solid legal education, but also wonderful friendships and positive working relationships with colleagues.
Since completing my Juris Doctor, I have dedicated my legal practice to helping disabled individuals obtain Social Security disability benefits and helping injured workers obtain workers compensation benefits.
In addition to his Social Security disability practice, Mr. Rosenberger maintains a workers’ compensation practice. He has represented claimants before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission and has argued cases before the Virginia Court of Appeals, resulting in several published decisions.
